With over 27 years experience as a Triangle resident, I know North Carolina just about as well as anyone.

I started in real estate by buying, rehabbing, renting and selling my own properties. I made a lot of mistakes along the way, but I also made a lot of good decisions too. The interest quickly grew, and before you knew it, I graduated from the School of Hard Knocks and immediately became a licensed Real Estate professional.

Today, I am the Owner and Broker-In-Charge of Cornerstone Property Group, Inc. and am also affiliated with Selling Directly, LLC. But, I didn't start that way. I too, worked for one of the national real estate franchises, but quickly became inhibited by the lack of freedom these bull-pens offered. So, I amicably parted ways, and never looked back!

Ever since, I have been a multi-million dollar producer in residential and investment real estate sales, and I am considered to be in the top 10% of all Realtors nationwide.

For many years, I have been working with banks' and lenders' asset portfolios, helping to manage and dispose of foreclosure and REO inventory. I am also Short Sale Certified. As a result, I am able to bring that knowledge and experience to the table for both my Buyers' and my Sellers' advantage.

My life is not all real estate. First and foremost, I am a musician and composer. My true love is working in my home studio, composing, recording and remixing.

My musical lifeblood helped define me as a DJ/MC since 1996. Before I even knew how a house was built, I had DJ'd thousands of private parties in the Triangle area. I have even performed professional voice overs, MC services, soundtrack work, and have film and TV appearances to my credit.

Additionally, my creative mind has led me to develop The Droodle, a waterproof notepad designed to capture ideas in the shower or any wet environment. The Droodle's recent success has led to in-store promotions at Bed Bath & Beyond, and a feature segment on NBC's Today Show.
